The Shadow World: Inside the Global Arms Trade – Film Screening and Discussion with Andrew Feinstein

Demilitarise Cambridge will be hosting Andrew Feinstein to talk about the Global Arms Trade and its links with Cambridge University. Andrew is the author of “The Shadow World: Inside the Global Arms Trade”, which has been made into a documentary.

A link to watch the documentary on Vimeo will be available for 24 hours on Monday, in which time we highly encourage you to watch it (but also don’t worry if you don’t find the time!) – we will then discuss this and the implications for Cambridge’s ties with the military industrial complex. At the end we’ll also discuss how to get involved with the campaign.

Andrew will introduce at 6pm, after which we will give everyone an hour and a half to watch the film using the link below. We’ll then come back for a discussion at around 7:45pm. If you have seen the film before, or want to see the film at a different time, feel free to just tune in for the discussion.
